The task format is consistent across rhapsody, regardless where it is created or accessed.


Create a task

Tasks dashboard

  • Tasks > New task

Open Tasks in the left rail and add a new task

Patient record

  • Patient record > Add > Task

SOAP: General

  • Select New task from the menu above the SOAP tabs

SOAP: Right rail

Tasks cannot be created from the right rail, only viewed.

  • Go to the Timeline tab on the right rail

  • Select Tasks

Whiteboard

Only tasks SOAP-associated tasks scheduled within the current 24 hours appear on the Whiteboard.

  • Select Whiteboard from the left rail

  • Select Treatments

  • Select the > icon next to the patient name

  • Select Add task

Only tasks SOAP-associated tasks scheduled within the current 24 hours appear on the Whiteboard.

Format a task

All fields marked with an asterisk * are required.

  • Select Internal (for another staff member at your clinic) or Boop/pet parent (for the pet parent to receive in their Boop app)

  • Enter a name

Format a tak - select Internal or Boop

  • Choose task type from the dropdown

To format a new rhapsody task select the workflow and enter a name
  • Choose task frequency (repeat/does not repeat)

Choose the task frequency and if the task repeats or not when setting up a new rhapsody task
  • Enter a due date and due time

  • Choose task's end date/time or task's occurrences. For recurring tasks only.

  • Enter task's end details. For recurring tasks only.

Task Status

As the task progresses, update the status of the task from Open, to In progress, to Waiting for reply, to Overdue, to Done.

  • View task status from the task dashboard

  • Edit the status by using the toggle
