The Tasks dashboard is the main hub for viewing all created tasks (complete and incomplete).

Open the Tasks dashboard

  • Select Tasks from the left rail

Filter tasks

Filters may be combined.

  • Select To Do. Displays incomplete tasks.

Select To Do - displays incomplete tasks.

  • Select Done. Displays completed tasks.

Select Done - displays completed tasks.

  • Select Assigned to me. Displays all tasks assigned to the logged in team member.

Select Assigned to me -  displays all tasks assigned to the logged in team member.

  • Select Due date. Task due date.

  • Choose a time frame from the dropdown

Select Assigned. The tasks assigned team member. Tasks may be left unassigned. Choose a team member from the dropdown.

  • Select Created by. Team member who created the task.

  • Choose a team member from the dropdown

Select the Created by drop down to select the team member who created the task.
  • Select Type. Task type.

  • Choose a task from the dropdown

Select the Type dropdown to choose the task category

View and edit tasks

  • Edit task details

  • Select the task

  • Edit any field

  • Select Save. This saves edits.

  • Select Delete. This deletes the task from the dashboard, patient timeline, and any linked SOAPs.

  • Select Mark as done. This marks the task as complete.

Action buttons on tasks details

When viewing client details, any email or phone numbers listed under the client in their account will display here with the preferred method of contact "starred".

  • Select the task status dropdown

  • Choose task status

You can edit a task status in the rhapsody task dashboard from open to overdue to done
