The Tasks dashboard is the main hub for viewing all created tasks (complete and incomplete).
In this article:
Open the Tasks dashboard
Select Tasks from the left rail
Filters may be combined.
Select To Do. Displays incomplete tasks.
Select Done. Displays completed tasks.
Select Assigned to me. Displays all tasks assigned to the logged in team member.
Select Due date. Task due date.
Choose a time frame from the dropdown
Select Assigned. The tasks assigned team member. Tasks may be left unassigned. Choose a team member from the dropdown.
Select Created by. Team member who created the task.
Choose a team member from the dropdown
Select Type. Task type.
Choose a task from the dropdown
View and edit tasks
Edit task details
Select the task
Edit any field
Select Save. This saves edits.
Select Delete. This deletes the task from the dashboard, patient timeline, and any linked SOAPs.
Select Mark as done. This marks the task as complete.
When viewing client details, any email or phone numbers listed under the client in their account will display here with the preferred method of contact "starred".
